Black Diamond Consulting Corporation Wins DHS Department-wide Independent Test Agent (DITA) BPA Award for Technical and Engineering Services Worth Up to $300M

Ashburn, VA The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently awarded Black Diamond Consulting (BDC) a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Department-wide Independent Test Agent (DITA) support services worth up to $300M over a seven-year period for all awardees. With the award, issued May 12, 2021, BDC adds to its already solid footprint of expert support for DHS in Test and Evaluation (T&E), technical and engineering services over a term extending through May 2028.

“We are excited for the opportunity to share the many T&E best practices our company has imple- mented at the Transportation Security Administration with other DHS Components,” said Sergio Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer for BDC. “The DITA BPA will provide DHS Components with ac- cess to the expert-level T&E support required to rapidly field capability to support the homeland secu- rity mission.”
