Sergio Sanchez has extensive experience providing Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, Program Management and Process Improvement support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal customers. Sergio established Black Diamond Consulting in 2014 as a minority-owned small disadvantaged business with the goal of delivering outstanding support to its clients while maintaining an   environment where employees can look forward each day to coming to work.

Prior to establishing Black Diamond Consulting, Sergio served in a variety of senior management and engineering positions at large defense contractors TASC and Northrop Grumman. Sergio led a variety of efforts in these roles to include the Test and Evaluation Support Services (TESS) contract for TASC, Knowledge Management and Collaboration solutions for a 20,000 person Northrop Grumman Sector, and various IT programs in support of the DOD.

Sergio is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications. Mr. Sanchez holds an MS in Information and Telecommunication Systems in Business and a BA in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Nick Incontrera joined Black Diamond Consulting as the corporate President in 2014. He is an experienced manager, engineer, and consultant with experience managing the full range of corporate operations, to include profit and loss (P&L) and business development, as well as program management. His technical and consulting experience includes systems engineering, T&E, quantitative analysis, Lean Six Sigma/Process Improvement, IT system development and maintenance, and Knowledge Management.

Nick became an early member of Black Diamond Consulting in 2014 to help create an organization where employees are fulfilled professionally and feel truly valued, and that consistently provides high responsiveness, unbiased analyses and recommendations, and high-quality products to each and every customer.

Prior to joining Black Diamond Consulting, Nick served in executive and senior management and engineering positions at defense contractors Northrop Grumman and Definitive Logic. Nick is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, as well as Bachelors and Masters degrees in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
